Return Policy All products are non-returnable unless received in damaged conditions. Customer must notify the Returns Department via returns@annettecouncil.com or via fax at 919-942-7148. Notification must include customer's name, address, phone number and invoice number. Please include reason for return. Please indicate if you wish the products to be replaced or credit given. Upon receipt of return request an authorization number will be given via email, phone, fax or mail. All returns must be returned prepaid via USPS (United States Postal Service) only and carefully packed to: Annette Council Returns, P. O. Box 4713, Chapel Hill, NC 27515.
